PURPOSE OF THIS NOTICE

HOW WE DISCLOSE INFORMATION

The information we collect is used to make coverage, service, benefit and other insurance related decisions. This information is sometimes shared, as permitted by law, with our insurance affiliates and nonaffiliated third parties to carry out daily business functions; review, process of service your products or services; or in connection with product offerings. Examples of nonaffiliated third parties are insurance companies, claim service administrators, mortgage companies, etc.

THE SECURITY WE PROVIDE

We take our customer's privacy seriously. Irene Herman Insurance Services restricts access to the information above to those employees who need to know the information in order to provide products or services to you or your employees.

This privacy policy notice is not in lieu of any other privacy notice issued by any other affiliate of Irene Herman Insurance Services. This privacy policy continues to apply even when your relationship with Irene Herman Insurance Services has terminated.
